1. Who we are

Pavel KOROLEV (Korolev Pavel), Entrepreneur individuel, Porte 3, 42 rue des Acadiens, 14000 Caen, France, SIRET 498 314 517 00034 (koroleff.com, “we”, “us”), provides Amazon Ads management services and uses internal software built on the Amazon Ads API for our own books and for advertisers who authorize us. 2. What data we access

When the owner of an Amazon Ads account signs in with Login with Amazon and grants permission, the application may access, through the Amazon Ads API:

• the Login with Amazon profile needed for authorization (user ID, name and email address);
• advertising account and profile identifiers;
• campaign, ad group, keyword and bid data, and keyword/bid recommendations;
• advertising performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, orders, sales).

We do not access payment information, customer (shopper) personal data, or any account we do not own or have not been explicitly authorized to manage.

3. How we use it

Only to plan, run and measure advertising for the account that authorized us: our own books or a client who hired us: choosing keywords, setting bids, managing campaigns and preparing reports for that account owner. Data from one account is never used for another client. We do not use the data for any other purpose.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling of individuals. Data may be disclosed only if required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data and access tokens are stored on the operator’s own computer and are protected by the operating system’s access controls. Access tokens and client secrets are never published or shared. Reports are kept only as long as needed for our analysis and are then deleted.

6. Your choices

You can revoke the application’s access at any time in your Amazon account settings under “Login with Amazon” / apps and websites, or by emailing us. On request we will delete data obtained through your authorization.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to its processing. Write to contact@koroleff.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

We may update this notice; the date above shows the latest version.
